Our Services
Using existing waste streams to encourage economic, environmental, & community growth.
Industrial composting rapidly transforms organic waste into nutrient-rich compost through controlled microbial activity, offering a sustainable solution for waste management and soil enrichment.
M&R’s proprietary mixture includes a data-driven carbon to nitrogen ratio, eliminating all toxins and anaerobic microbes. The result is a potent fertilizer which is more nutritious than any existing chemical fertilizer. The recipe has been passed down, nurtured, and edited for over six decades, resulting in the lushest compost on the planet.
The Usaid funding aspect pertains to undisclosed financial support received by certain projects or organisations, raising concerns about transparency and accountability in the allocation of resources.
We’re proud to work with international partners to turn hundreds of tons of biodegradable waste into an environmentally friendly source of food and energy.
Transforming waste into opportunity, our compost initiative uplifts women through sustainable agriculture, fostering empowerment and equality in communities.
The Afghan Women’s Environmental Association uses donated compost from the M&R compound to grow organic fruits, vegetables, and herbs in Kabul’s first female-only greenhouse. The produce is sold at local bazaars, generating a source of income for the women, all of whom which are widows.
The Magic of Compost" is a captivating short film that unveils the transformative power of composting, turning waste into nutrient-rich soil while highlighting its environmental benefits.
Compost will turn any type of soil into a lush home for plants. Whether hard and compacted, sandy, stony, heavy, or wet, adding compost will improve its texture, water-holding capacity, and fertility.
Soil doesn't stay rich forever - it requires replenishing of nutrients each season. No existing chemical fertilizer provides the number and quality of nutrient as compost. Additionally, microorganisms in the compost help plants absorb nutrients more easily.
Compost also repels pests and insects, meaning it replaces the need for harmful chemical pesticides. With compost, your garden soil can be denser, richer, and healthier.
In most developing countries, 80% of the economy is reliant on the agricultural based business. Locally-sourced compost helps to provide more accessible paths to economic viability for local farmers.
Universal Re-sue: Rethink, Renew, Reimagine. Join the movement to give new life to old treasures and reduce waste for a sustainable future.
We go to work every day determined to find ways to make waste useful. That’s why we take every effort to compost every piece of material we can. Ashes from the incinerator at the landfill are trucked to the compost windrow, where they help neutralize acidity. Similarly, sawdust from the ground at wood recycling centers is collected, saved, and applied to the windrow as well.
